Assistant Manager – Runway Visitor Park & Concorde Conference Centre

Reporting directly to the Hospitality and Event Manager, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and supervising all aspects of the cafΓ© and client’s catering operation, delivering a world class service

  • Deputising for the Hospitality and Event Manager in all aspects of hospitality events delivery

  • Managing and motivating hospitality teams as allocated, building and maintaining an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working within a comparable role within the hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service 

You must:

  • Be self-motivated but also be able to work well as part of a team

  • Have the ability to work flexibly in line with business needs
