Reporting directly to the Hospitality and Event Manager, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting and supervising all aspects of the cafΓ© and clientβs catering operation, delivering a world class service
Deputising for the Hospitality and Event Manager in all aspects of hospitality events delivery
Managing and motivating hospitality teams as allocated, building and maintaining an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience of working within a comparable role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills
A passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service
You must:
Be self-motivated but also be able to work well as part of a team
Have the ability to work flexibly in line with business needs
